Building Blocks was designed to help users navigate the daunting job market by connecting them with mentors for guidance and support. However, its confusing onboarding, cluttered dashboard, and disconnected mentor-matching experience created barriers to achieving this goal.
I led the end-to-end redesign of the onboarding flow, dashboard, and mentor connection process, ensuring a seamless and empowering user experience.
The redesign resulted in increased user engagement, smoother mentor connections, and overwhelmingly positive feedback from users who now feel more supported in their career journeys.
